JW Marriott Shanghai at Tomorrow Square

Hotel is very good located near Nanjing Rd (pedestrian street with shopping). Metro station are close. 2 minutes walking. Clean room and good air condition. Big safe for laptop. Every day cleaning and towel change, sometimes twice a day. Nice view from windows. Nice pool (indoor and outdoor). Friendly staff.

The location, the clean facilities, the FD, concierge, bell and household staff were all phenomenal. We had to change plans because of the typhoon that hit Taiwan and the concierge took his time to help us make other arrangements. The compassion and care he showed made us feel we were not alone. Unfortunately, I forgot his name but he worked the swing shift and spoke English very well. As did the AM shift concierge that helped us book our van (5 pax and extra luggage) to the airport on short notice. Thank you!!!

Throughout my stay, they were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience. As for the accommodations, the room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness did not go unnoticed. It contributed to a sense of comfort and relaxation, making my stay all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, my time at JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square was nothing short of fantastic. Convenient location with walking distance to nanjing shopping street , 25 mins walk to the Bund Nice staff and they are very helpful.
