At 66sqm, the suites offer a separate desk area with access to high speed internet in which to work, as well as a spacious bedroom area to relax. There is also separate living and bedroom areas which are ideal for business travelers who want to conduct meetings in the privacy of their room. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was captivated by its beauty. The elegant decor and sophisticated ambiance create a welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the breathtaking view from the hotel. Whether it was the city skyline or the iconic Tomorrow Square, every glance from my room was a feast for the eyes. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Shanghai. With key attractions and transportation hubs nearby, I found it to be an ideal base for my adventures. The hotel staff deserves special commendation for their exceptional service. Throughout my stay, they were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience. As for the accommodations, the room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness did not go unnoticed. It contributed to a sense of comfort and relaxation, making my stay all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, my time at JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stunning views, a convenient location, friendly staff, and well-maintained rooms makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Shanghai. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

It was not the first time I stayed in this hotel. Tory in the reception arranged check-in smoothly, quietly, perfect. It was a nice feel and relax to know I am in "good hands". Localization and view from highest floors is amazing. This time however I faced some complications and presented some claims to the hotel. I appreciate that Leo - Manager on duty has resented understanding and approved my objections, the claims were settled and we enjoyed our stay. Maria in the Executive lounge was like a balsam to heal our hearts and made everything possible to make our stay in the lounge perfect!!!

The location, the clean facilities, the FD, concierge, bell and household staff were all phenomenal. We had to change plans because of the typhoon that hit Taiwan and the concierge took his time to help us make other arrangements. The compassion and care he showed made us feel we were not alone. Unfortunately, I forgot his name but he worked the swing shift and spoke English very well. As did the AM shift concierge that helped us book our van (5 pax and extra luggage) to the airport on short notice. Thank you!!!

The executive lounge was next level (literally), the facilities were great and the staff were brilliant. We had a corner room and would highly recommend it as the view is amazing! We booked a king corner, with executive lounge access. The lounge paid for itself as the meal in the evening had so much to it, as did the breakfast. Plus cocktails and drinks in the evening - all included. A great location as well for metro and taxis.

Hotel is very good located near Nanjing Rd (pedestrian street with shopping). Metro station are close. 2 minutes walking. Clean room and good air condition. Big safe for laptop. Every day cleaning and towel change, sometimes twice a day. Nice view from windows. Nice pool (indoor and outdoor). Friendly staff.
